A Little Romance
Dec 11, 2015
Excuse me, would you like to dance?
I couldn't help but catch your glance,
And so I thought I'd take a chance —
In hopes of finding some romance.
I couldn't help but catch your glance,
And so I thought I'd take a chance —
In hopes of finding some romance.
It seems my time is rather full
When trying my fair weight to pull.
And work can rather be a chore,
While sitting home's an awful bore.
When trying my fair weight to pull.
And work can rather be a chore,
While sitting home's an awful bore.
But when in love, the world does change,
Priorities then rearrange.
And life just seems to glide along,
Like in some old forgotten song.
Priorities then rearrange.
And life just seems to glide along,
Like in some old forgotten song.
A rose, a kiss, with hand in hand,
A list'ning ear to understand.
A walk at midnight on the pier,
And someone who will hold me near.
A list'ning ear to understand.
A walk at midnight on the pier,
And someone who will hold me near.
And so I‘d rather like to find
Another who is so inclined
To throw the dice and take a chance,
In hopes of finding some romance.
Another who is so inclined
To throw the dice and take a chance,
In hopes of finding some romance.
