A Poem by Thayne Whipple
Blowfish
Apr 27, 2016
I saw a little blowfish,
Just swimming in the sea.
He wasn't much to look at, though,
Until he looked at me.
Just swimming in the sea.
He wasn't much to look at, though,
Until he looked at me.
He thought that I would eat him, and
Although it wasn't true,
He blew himself like a balloon,
And grew, and grew, and grew.
Although it wasn't true,
He blew himself like a balloon,
And grew, and grew, and grew.
He now was much, much larger,
And scary looking too.
And I will end this poem here,
As now my story's through.
And scary looking too.
And I will end this poem here,
As now my story's through.
