Father, how can you know -
Have you seen tomorrow?
Do you remember the future?
Have you seen the smile —
On children's faces yet unborn?
Am I there?
When will it be?
Don't think me impertinent —
Only curious,
To know your majesty.
And pray that I might add —
And not detract.
