A Poem by Thayne Whipple
Grandma Dear
Sep 24, 2015
Our grandma dear, your soft words shared,
Have taught me truths and proved you cared.
A humble nurse - you've brought us health.
And shown that love's the greatest wealth.
Have taught me truths and proved you cared.
A humble nurse - you've brought us health.
And shown that love's the greatest wealth.
A faithful wife and mother too,
You've cared for everyone but you.
You've brought us song, and filled our bowl,
You've cheered the tired and weary soul.
You've cared for everyone but you.
You've brought us song, and filled our bowl,
You've cheered the tired and weary soul.
A tribute to you now we share,
You are a jewel most prized and rare.
You are a jewel most prized and rare.
