A Poem by Thayne Whipple
Shark
Apr 13, 2016
Could there be a shark below?
You say, you will never know?
For fear has overcome you
And you dread to venture in?
You say, you will never know?
For fear has overcome you
And you dread to venture in?
Well, they tell me (those who know)
It's quite safe, and they can show;
That sharks will likely never
Even nibble on your toe.
It's quite safe, and they can show;
That sharks will likely never
Even nibble on your toe.
And I'll share a little tip
To loosen fear's strong grip,
When swimming in the ocean -
Keep a buddy by your hip.
To loosen fear's strong grip,
When swimming in the ocean -
Keep a buddy by your hip.
