A Poem by Thayne Whipple
Termites
Mar 23, 2016
Some kinds fly in a vicious swarm,
Or wriggle on the floor.
They are a very scary bug.
Now I will tell you more:
Or wriggle on the floor.
They are a very scary bug.
Now I will tell you more:
The termite loves to chew on wood
And never gets it's fill.
It chews on rafters in your house,
Or on the window sill.
And never gets it's fill.
It chews on rafters in your house,
Or on the window sill.
Why, they could eat your whole house up -
Eat every board and stick.
So if you see one coming, you
Should call somebody quick!
Eat every board and stick.
So if you see one coming, you
Should call somebody quick!
