A Poem by Thayne Whipple
Water Works
Oct 6, 2015
Pounding surf along the coast
Molding dunes of sand,
Carving solid rocky cliffs,
Where the water meets the land.
Molding dunes of sand,
Carving solid rocky cliffs,
Where the water meets the land.
Melting snow to stream gives rise
Flowing down the valley sides,
Forming valleys, canyons grand,
Where the water meets the land.
Flowing down the valley sides,
Forming valleys, canyons grand,
Where the water meets the land.
Falling rain On arid plain,
Natural Springs
That lifeblood brings,
Balanced by God's gentle hand -
Where the water meets the land.
Natural Springs
That lifeblood brings,
Balanced by God's gentle hand -
Where the water meets the land.
